Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided through our website, including but not limited to Yacht Tours, VIP Transfers, Istanbul City Tours, Turkish Night Experiences, Yacht Rentals, and Bosphorus Yacht Cruises. By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
All bookings made through our platform are processed via iyzico, a secure payment service based in Turkey. All prices are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Once your booking is confirmed, it is subject to the cancellation and refund terms specified below.
2. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our customer service team. The date and time of your cancellation email will be considered when determining eligibility for a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy by Service
Yacht Tours & Bosphorus Yacht Cruises: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3–7 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Yacht Rentals: Due to the nature of private yacht rentals, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the rental date for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7–14 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
VIP Transfers: Transfers canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up are non-refundable.
Istanbul Tours & Turkish Night: Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 48 hours and 5 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
4. No-Shows
Failure to appear for any booked service without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of unexpected events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, severe weather, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel services. In such cases, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund or rescheduling, depending on the circumstances.
6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed through iyzico and returned to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review our refund and cancellation terms prior to booking.
